Office cleaning
As with window cleaning the cleaning of your office is place of work is vital to your company. A dirty office or work place can harm your company's image and staff morale.
In these testing times ELITE SERVICES now offer three levels of service Budget cleaning, Standard cleaning and The Elite service. These three services have been designed to suit all budgets and cleanliness levels.
Budget cleaning
This service offers a basic regular clean of the essential aspects of office cleaning such as polishing desks, emptying bins, hovering and moping and cleaning of toilets and kitchen areas. Then on a monthly, six weekly or two monthly basis a team of our cleaners visit your premises, out of hours, and blitz the extra cleaning. This includes cleaning such as the high dust, low dust, radiators, table and chair legs, banisters, pipework, walls ect. The site would also be regularly inspected by one of our quality supervisors. As every office is different the exact requirements can be incorporated into your quotation.
Standard cleaning
This service offers all you would expect from a cleaning company. We clean all the basics plus put in place a control plan for regular cleaning of all the extra such as as the high dust, low dust, radiators, table and chair legs, banisters, pipework, walls ect. This ensures the highest cleanliness standards are kept in your work environment.
Elite clean
This service offers all from the standard service with the added extras of carpet cleaning, hard floor maintenance and window cleaning added into your control plan
Our trained and experienced staff can work early mornings, evenings or weekends. Before the service starts our Operations Manager will visit your premises and will monitor the contract at regular intervals to maintain our quality standards and ensure that your requirements are met. ELITE SERVICES use the latest energy efficient and environmentally friendly appliances and cleaning products. All on-site electrical equipment are regularly checked, maintained and certified by our full time Electrical Engineer.

End of tenancy cleans
It is in the landlords and agent's best interest when selling or letting their property to present it in good condition. ELITE SERVICES specialise in apartment and house cleaning for end of tenancies and March out cleans for the armed forces.
We can do the whole clean or just part whatever suits your needs. We can include some or all of the following:

· Full clean of the oven to include the hobs grill interior and exterior
· Full carpet clean to include deodoriser

· Full clean of the kitchen to include inside and outside of all cupboards.
